What You'll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for guests making reservations
Provide personalized recommendations for rooms, packages, and resort amenities
Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic upselling
Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Be a brand ambassador for luxury, hospitality, and excellence
What We're Looking For:
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in reservations or customer service preferred
