As a Quality Engineer SDET, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Enterprise Quality Assurance Center reporting to the Senior Manager Quality Engineering SDET, you will support projects including Core distribution and customer app's QA and Automation.

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

• Create, review, and maintain test cases, and acceptance criteria to validate business requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Ensure features (web applications or APIs) developed by the team is tested.
• Blend automated/manual testing to cover the system's functionality without compromising quality.
• Design automation test scripts.
• Perform detailed manual test execution across functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure end‑to‑end product quality.
• Document information on defects found and help the Scrum master and Product Owner to prioritize defects.
• Stay updated with industry best practices on coding and testing.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies to provide feedback
  
  

How You Will Collaborate With Others

• Work with the project team to achieve high-quality levels and automation standards in products.
• Work with the architecture team to gather QA requirements.
• Report status to the manager on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with supporting teams to support UAT testing and consumers on new feature implementation
  
  

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

• Web UI applications and backend Web Services/REST APIs architecture.
• Test Automation of Regression suite.
• Application validation and Reporting bugs as identified via tool.
• Compliance of quality processes and standards.

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

• Professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Experience communicating updates and resolutions
• Utilize team collaboration to create innovative solutions
• This role is hybrid and requires you to be near our Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX office
• Travel up to 15%
  
  

It Would Be Useful If You Have

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
• Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise software products.
• Experience in the Hospitality domain.
