Responsibilities
- Lead through context by clearly articulating goals, priorities, constraints, and success measures
- Balance speed, quality, and risk with sound judgment and long-term thinking
- Research, initiate, implement, and collaborate on advanced automated testing strategies
- Minimize unnecessary rules and friction by reinforcing simple principles and best practices
- Partner with technical and process team members including App Dev, DevOps, QE, Product, Design, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality features
- Model vulnerability by actively seeking feedback, sharing learnings, and normalizing growth through experimentation
- Build and maintain high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, proactively addressing performance, also providing hands-on testing and guidance as needed
- Serve as a culture carrier by demonstrating ownership, candor, and accountability in daily leadership behaviors
- Influence the development of a quality automation plan that considers the software development lifecycle, manual testing, and integrated systems in collaboration with QE Leadership
- Drive reduction of escaped defects
- Track and report quality metrics
- Ensure Mobile Apps platform deliverables align with quality engineering strategy and best practices

- Testing methodologies including Snapshot, Functionality, API, Unit, and Component testing
- Jira and Xray test case management
- Charles Proxy with native mobile apps

- Git-based version control systems
- Understanding of AI impact on mobile technologies
- Five years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Three years of professional experience in Quality Automation
- Three years of management experience in Quality Assurance
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment near Dallas or Memphis office location
- Willingness to travel up to ten percent
