Hilton Supply Management (HSM) is the largest global hospitality-focused supply chain organization, managing over $6 billion in spend influence across more than 2,000 suppliers worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and high-impact team within HSM's Corporate and Technology Procurement division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier data, supporting program implementation, and ensuring compliance across multiple procurement platforms. Working closely with category managers and reporting to the Director of Corporate Procurement, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives across a broad portfolio of categories. This is a 12-month contract assignment with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities
- Work independently in key areas of data management, supplier management, compliance, and reporting
- Connect with suppliers and onboard them through multiple programs, including Coupa, Risk Assessment, and EcoVadis
- Monitor requisition requests within Coupa, draft contract templates specific to the supplier type, and hand off initial contracts to the Category Manager for negotiation and execution
- Perform monthly reporting on contract status, contract planning, and savings captured across categories
- Maintain Coupa data and roll it up into Salesforce as required
- Perform supplier contact updates in Salesforce as required
- Cross-train with other departments, including shadowing team members across functions
- Manage deviated pricing contract maintenance and updates
- Support other HSM departments with additional duties as assigned
- Dedicated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and grasps new concepts quickly
- Solid contract management expertise, including familiarity with legal and business terms and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams as well as externally with suppliers and industry partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to stakeholders in a concise, well-organized manner tailored to the appropriate level of detail for the target audience
- Strong negotiation skills and strategic business acumen
- Excellent critical thinking combined with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- 2 years procurement analyst experience
- Experience using Coupa is preferred
- Indirect procurement experience is preferred
