This is an early morning position, typically scheduled 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM, though hours may vary based on business needs, occupancy levels, and special events. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently in the early hours and takes pride in having fresh, beautifully prepared pastries ready for our breakfast guests each morning.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, desserts, and breakfast bakery items.
• Ensure all breakfast pastries and baked goods are fresh, fully stocked, and guest-ready for morning service.
• Follow recipes, production schedules, and quality standards to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Assist with special events, banquets, seasonal offerings, and custom dessert production as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Create high-quality baked goods: Prepare and bake pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts following designated recipes and quality standards
• Present food items with care: Arrange and display baked goods according to specifications, ensuring an appealing presentation
• Manage pastry inventory: Ensure proper storage, refrigeration, and organization of all pastry products while preparing daily requisitions for supplies and food items
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
