We are looking for a Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, restocking amenities, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the hotel. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Se habla español.
Work Experience
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Check rooms to ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
