Food and Beverage Manager - Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina

Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is searching for a talented Food and Beverage Manager to help lead their team! This leader will focus on evening operations at Olive & Sea and will support other outlets as needed.

This position will oversee a team of 10-15 and report to the General Manager of Olive & Sea. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and motivated leader who leads with kindness, empathy, and has a genuine passion for creating a positive work environment.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required to support both AM and PM shifts depending on business demands.

What will I be doing?

• Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
• Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff. #LI-AR2
