Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Prepare exceptional char-broiled oysters: Follow recipes and guest specifications precisely to ensure consistent quality and flavor in every dish
• Select high-quality ingredients: Visually inspect, select, and use only the freshest ingredients to prepare menu items
• Maintain organization and cleanliness: Keep all refrigeration, equipment, storage areas, and workstations clean and in good working condition
• Manage product inventory: Prepare daily requisitions for supplies, ensure proper storage, and monitor portion control to ensure consistent product quality and inventory levels
• Comply with regulatory standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, upholding the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
