Job Summary:
This is your chance to be part of a Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As a member of the Co-Brand Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Hilton's American Express partnership and associated credit card products, working to increase customer acquisition and spend through compelling, multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will help craft creative strategies and concepts for consumer campaigns with the goal of driving customer acquisition and engagement across a wide range of touchpoints, including emails, direct mail, banner ads, social posts, app placements, and large offer-based campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in visual communications, print, digital, and typography, with particular expertise in loyalty programs and/or the financial industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity and strategic thinking go hand in hand.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with Creative Directors, Designers, and Copywriters, across omni-channel touchpoints with a customer-first lens
- Proactively build knowledge of the business, brands, target audiences, and competitor activities, and work with Co-Brand marketing partners to interpret creative briefs
- Adhere to Hilton's brand identity and accessibility standards and guidelines while helping to inform the evolution and extension of the visual identity, and similarly adhere to American Express requirements
- Manage graphic design and creative direction, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion, and delivery
- Assist the team with day-to-day production requests, including image selection and reformatting creative for various channels
- Evolve, revise, or redevelop creative in response to feedback from the Art Director, Associate Creative Director, and internal stakeholders
- Present and provide business rationale for creative ideas to internal stakeholders for approval and development, effectively communicating the strategic intent for each tactic while adhering to American Express requirements
- Balance multiple projects successfully to meet deadlines and collaborate across multiple stakeholders with different priorities, working closely with the project manager to keep all projects on track
- Use campaign performance data to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and apply key takeaways to future work
- Stay current on industry trends, particularly in the digital, email, and social space, and share ideas and recommendations for innovating new templates and design approaches

Qualifications:
- 6 years of relevant design experience, preferably in a design firm, advertising agency, or in-house creative department

- 4 years experience working on direct response materials and designing for a range of marketing channels including email, banner ads, social media, landing pages, and print collateral
- 3 years experience working with a marketing department with an understanding of business objectives and the ability to find creative solutions to help achieve those objectives
- 2 years experience with animation, HTML5 banner development, and/or video production

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of experience, concepts, and visual styles, with a focus on email and digital placements preferred
- Experience in hospitality, loyalty programs, and/or highly regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare preferred
- Experience working at a creative agency preferred
- Experience supervising junior designers is a plus
