- At least one (1) year of previous administrative/coordinator experience.
- Experience in Catering & Sales, as well as Hospitality experience is a plus!
- Able to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
A Sales Coordinator provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including:
- Word- processing, typing, e-mailing
- Filing & data-entry
- Faxing & copying
- Corresponding & answering telephones
- Processing mail
- Taking notes and/or dictation
- Making travel arrangements
- Pperforming other general office duties.
- Assists on special projects as needed.
