Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and other building systems
- Troubleshoot and repair issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Conduct residential painting, welding, and carpentry tasks to maintain the property's appearance and functionality
- Operate tools such as ohmmeters, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately
- Supervise maintenance projects, coordinate with vendors or contractors when specialized work is needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility regulations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities or building maintenance within a hospitality or residential setting
- Basic Mechanical knowledge with skills in plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings effectively
- Supervising or leadership experience in maintenance teams is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks efficiently and deliver outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices will be advantageous
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Must have a valid driver's license as my need to assist with van runs, if needed.
