Hourly Rate: $19.20.
We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service in the Lounge, preparing drinks for guests and servers, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Ideal Candidate for this position should be able to work long hours and have flexible afternoon/evening schedule including game days, weekdays, weekends and holiday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders and provide attentive guest service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Prepare drinks for restaurant servers and cocktail servers
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process guest payments accurately
- Follow all cash handling and credit card procedures
- Set up and maintain bar stations, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and service areas
- Open and serve wine and champagne as needed
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Assist with stocking, restocking, and end-of-shift closing duties
- Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices
- Support team operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a medium to high-volume environment required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bartending school graduate preferred
- Current California Food Handler’s Card required
- TIPS certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification
- Previous Micros or POS experience preferred
- Bartending school desirable.
- Knowledge in the variety of different beers, wines and spirits.
- Position will take food and beverage orders, courteously and efficiently serve food and beverage to guests and collect payment.
- Responsible for maintenance of bar area, make drinks for restaurant and room service servers.
- Able to work at least 8 hours standing.
