Essential Functions:

Experience:
Previous Sushi Cook Experience Preferred.
Licenses and Certificates:
Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates.

- Prepares sushi according to the recipes and Hilton Standards.
- Handles and prepares raw fish and other seafood with attention to freshness and quality.
- Creates visually appealing and delicious rolls for our guest while being innovated and staying up to the latest trends.
- Ensures all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards.

- Interacts with customers, answers questions about the menu, and provides recommendations.
- Works collaboratively with the staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service.

- Ability to stand for an extended period of time and work in fast-paced environment.
