What We Offer:
The Spa Attendant is responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for keeping the lounge areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities.
Essential Functions:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, at the discretion of the manager based on the particular requirements of the hotel.
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
A minimum of one year’s experience in guest service desired. Computer software knowledge preferred.
Licenses and Certificates:
No special license required.

The Spa Attendant is responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for keeping the lounge areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities.
Essential Functions:
- Provides orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered, and answering guests’ questions.
- Issues spa lockers, robes, and slippers to guests and then escorts guests to their lockers.
- Opens and closes the steam, sauna, and whirlpool areas for their daily sanitation.
- Sets ups daily water, tea, and snacks, according to Hilton standards.
- Replenishes lockers with guest amenities, clothing, and towels.
- Maintains the supplies, treatment area, and wet areas keeping them neat and presentable.
- Collects and delivers dirty linen from locker area, fitness center, and staff lounge, as necessary.
- Stocks the linen closets in locker area and treatment hallway as necessary.
- Maintains the snack and water areas throughout the day.
- Maintains laundry inventory.
- Performs special projects delegated by the Supervisor and/or Spa Director such as monthly inventory.
- Assists with the cleaning of the Fitness Room.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker and facility area.
- Stocks locker room supplies and amenities and maintains accurate supply lists and inventory sheets.
- Reviews guest appointments and schedules, as needed.
- Promotes the Spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as fitness programs, promotions and/or discounts available actively.
- Maintains eye contact when addressing external and internal guests.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provides accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Develops ability to work without constant direct supervision and remains at assigned post for extended periods of time.
- Maintains a positive attitude and contributes toward a quality work environment.
- Attends, participates in, and supports trainings and staff meetings for the Spa regularly.
- Assists in all areas of spa operation, as requested by management.
- Communicates to Management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the Spa.

- Most possess knowledge of the locker room and facilities area operation.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure without letting that pressure show to the guest
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, as well as being able to work shifts standing on feet and walking throughout hotel or sitting for long periods of time.
Education:
