Duties
- Supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure top-tier guest service
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile accounts, verify reservations, and prepare reports for management
- Maintain a welcoming environment by managing guest relations and resolving issues promptly to enhance overall guest experience
- Support multilingual communication to assist diverse guests and foster inclusive hospitality services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a dynamic environment
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred to effectively communicate with international guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems is essential
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional guest interactions

Pay: $21.00 per hour
