Role Description
The full-time Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales efforts at Hilton San Diego / Del Mar. This on-site role, located in Del Mar, CA, involves identifying and managing client relationships, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and a superior guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a strong ability to generate leads and close deals
- Solid experience in Negotiation, Contract Management, and building client relationships
- Skilled in Strategic Planning, Sales Analytics, and Forecasting
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation abilities, with aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork
- Proficiency in CRM systems and hospitality sales software
- Prior experience in hospitality or event-related sales is highly advantageous
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
