We are currently seeking a
PM Steward / Dishwasher
This position will work primarily PM shifts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Cleaning and maintaining china, glasses and silverware.
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and back of house areas (i.e. coolers, freezers and back hallways).
- Operating pot-washing machinery.
- Sweeping, mopping, emptying trash cans and taking out boxes.
- Assisting with plating and dishing out menu orders, as needed.
- One year or more of related experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards strongly preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to handle stressful situations during busy periods.
- Ability to bend and stoop repeatedly during the shift (i.e. removing items from stoves, ovens or refrigerators).
- Ability to lift and carry between 20-50 lbs over short distances (20 feet or less).
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to make continuous and repetitive arm-hand movements (i.e. washing dishes).
- $16.00 per hour starting pay.
- $500 bonus after your first 90 days.
