What Will I Be Doing?
As Executive Sous Chef, you will assist in directing and overseeing the planning, preparation, production, and control of all culinary operations to support exceptional guest service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in leading all culinary operations, including:
- Daily meal preparation and production
- Food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Cost controls, productivity, and operational profitability
- Focus on Banquets, Outlets, and Culinary Administration to drive excellence across high‑volume operations.
- Engage with guests and clients to assess satisfaction, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to develop and implement menus for special events, themed banquets, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company standards related to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through coaching, evaluations, training, scheduling, and recognition programs.
