Job Title: Property Support Personnel (Overnight Full-Time)
Department: Operations
Reports to: Manager on Duty / Operations Manager

Position Summary:

• Responsible for supporting overnight hotel operations by assisting with Front Desk functions, basic maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, guest service, and property security. Ensures the hotel remains clean, safe, secure, and guest-ready throughout the overnight shift.

Essential Functions:

• Report to work on time, in proper and clean uniform, including name tag. Personal appearance and grooming must conform to hotel standards.
• Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
• Assist Front Desk operations and provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours.
• Deliver linens, amenities, and other necessary supplies to guest rooms as requested.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Clean designated public spaces including the lobby, public restrooms, hallways, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas as needed.
• Operate laundry equipment and assist with washing, drying, folding, and organizing hotel linens.
• Perform basic hotel maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Complete minor repairs including painting, touch-up work, and basic handyman duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas and housekeeping closets.
• Monitor hotel grounds, parking lot, entrances, and exterior areas throughout the shift.
• Conduct routine security walks inside and outside the hotel property.
• Report safety concerns, suspicious activity, accidents, and maintenance issues to management immediately.
• Assist with maintaining the hotel's pool area, walkways, landscaping, and grounds.
• Use carts, vacuums, wet and dry mops, cleaning supplies, and maintenance equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assist fellow associates as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Follow all hotel safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests, visitors, and fellow associates.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Experience:

• Previous hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in painting, basic repairs, or general maintenance is helpful.
• Previous security, housekeeping, maintenance, or guest service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service practices preferred.

Skills:

• Basic English communication skills required.
• Second language is desirable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, management, and fellow associates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities during overnight hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations.

Physical Job Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be capable of performing housekeeping, maintenance, and security-related duties throughout the shift.

Environment:

• Works both indoors and outdoors throughout the hotel property.
• Areas include guest floors, lobby, public spaces, back-of-house areas, laundry room, parking lot, pool area, and grounds.
• Overnight schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
