Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Convention Services Manager located in Norfolk, VA. The Convention Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing convention and conference services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and planning and executing meetings and events on-site.
Qualifications
- Convention Services and Conference Services experience
- Customer Satisfaction and Planning skills are a must
- Event Planning expertise
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Two years or more experience preferred
- Experience with Delphi FDC preferred
