This full-time, on-site role, based in New Orleans, LA, involves supervising and leading front office staff to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for guests. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage receptionist duties, handle guest requests and concerns, and coordinate with the reservations team to optimize guest satisfaction. The individual will assist in maintaining high customer service standards and ensure that team members adhere to company policies and best practices while fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience managing and mentoring a team effectively
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and coordinating front office tasks
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Experience handling Reservations and coordinating bookings accurately
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is a plus
