Description of the role:
As a Banquet Houseperson at Hilton Mystic, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms and working closely with the Banquet Servers to ensure excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down banquet rooms in accordance with event orders
- Assist Banquet Servers with the service of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
- Assist in inventory management of banquet supplies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
