This entry level position is crucial for the success of the Events Department and requires someone with high energy who enjoys an action-packed work environment. In this role, you will support the events team by interacting with clients, organizing the team and handling deadlines. If you have a passion for excellent guest service with an exceptional organizational skills this would make you the perfect candidate.
What will you be doing?
* Promptly answer telephone calls following Hilton standards. Communicate information accurately to managers.
* Distribution of memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to relevant departments throughout the hotel.
* Coordinate and detail all in-house meetings for the property.
* Maintain exceptional levels of customer service to both external and internal guests.
* Listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems such as price conflicts, menu description, banquet facilities, guarantees and seating charts.
* Ensure all Banquet Event Orders that require diagrams are executed appropriately.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
