Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with sorting trash, recycling, and kitchen waste according to procedures.
- Restock clean items in appropriate storage areas as needed.
- Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks and general upkeep.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Report equipment issues, supply shortages, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate team member.
