Lead the Guest Arrival Experience with a Focus on Service and Team Support

We are looking for a Transportation Supervisor to support our Front Office leadership team in overseeing daily transportation operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences from arrival through departure.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will supervise transportation drivers, creating the transport log, assigning driving crew to transport to and from the Dane County Regional Airport and any other authorized transportation requests. You will assist with guest inquiries and complaints, airport transportation & communication, van & shuttle maintenance and help ensure the transportation runs efficiently while meeting brand standards. What Will You Be Doing?

As the Transportation Supervisor, you will be a key team leader focused on operational excellence and exceptional guest service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing transportation team performance, ensuring prompt and friendly guest service at all times
• Assisting with guest concerns, special requests, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner

· Depending on staffing levels and business volume, they are expected to transport contracted airline staff to and from Dane County Regional Airport and any other authorized requested transport.

· Creating the transport log, based upon Airline Manifests.

· Assigning driving crews to transports.

· Inspection of all Transportation Fleet and coordinating preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.

· Greeting guests at Hotel’s Main Entrance.

· Must have guest service experience.

· Must be knowledgeable about the Greater Madison Area and Dane County Regional Airport.

· Direct and consistent communication with the Transportation Team.

· Outgoing and pleasant personality.

· Must work well under pressure.

· Follow and adhere to all safe driving practices and procedures.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and upkeep of the shuttle, van and parking garage.
• Supervising daily checklists to ensure completion of all operational tasks
• Training and mentoring transportation team members and providing ongoing feedback
• Collaborating with the Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager on special projects or operational improvements.

What Will You Bring to the Role?

We are seeking a service-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will bring:

· One or more years of customer service experience preferred.

· Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Background Screening following Company Policy.

· Must have the ability to sit and drive for long periods of time.

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs (ie. luggage, boxes, other).

· Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.

· Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve guest issues thoughtfully
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
