Responsibilities
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Assist with hotel setup and breakdown for events or special functions, ensuring all areas are prepared and returned to standard.
- Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring storage areas are organized.
- Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and detailed surface sanitation throughout the property.
- Maintain safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly preferred.
- Experience with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction is a plus.
- Background in hospitality or hotel environments demonstrates familiarity with industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
