We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Supervisor/Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Supervisor/Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensure exceptional guest service. This is a key role in ensuring appositive guest experience and maintaining efficient front office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and requests.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about hotel services, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Assist with night audit duties as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Handle case transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in managing room availability and rates to maximize occupancy.
