Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold foods, beverages, and condiments.
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and is of high quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and sanitized.
- Monitor food supplies and inventory levels, restocking as necessary.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during meal preparation and service.
- Assist guests with any dietary needs or special requests.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle POS transactions accurately when applicable.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Experience as a dietary aide or delivery driver can be beneficial.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a clean work environment.
