Duties

- Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to promote a safe kitchen environment
- Support food preparation activities, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and special catering events
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations within the food industry
- Experience in meal preparation, catering, or dietary departments is a plus
