America's Best Nannies is seeking a nanny for a 5 month old boy.
The Family & Children
A friendly, loving, fun and outgoing family that believes in showing kindness and respect to everyone. including their miniature Australian Sheperd. They are seeking someone with a lot of experience with infants and toddlers that will become a part of the family.
Schedule & Structure
- Hours: Tuesday & Thursday 8-9 hrs./day, times flexible
- Guarantee: 20 hours/week guaranteed.
- Additional hours on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, flexible with nannies schedule
- Open to consider traveling with the family on a few occasions
- Commitment: 1-2 years minimum
- Parking space available and a private shuttle is provided to and from the train station
Core Responsibilities
- Feeding and nap routines developed between the nanny and family
- Constantly engaged in age appropriate activities (no cell phone)
- Plan enrichment activities: music, reading, outdoor exploration
- Light household help: children’s laundry, tidying play/meal areas, simple resets
The Family is looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in transitioning feeding and nap schedules and supporting developmental milestones
- Proactive: brings ideas for learning and play
- Confident in their experience but receptive to feedback
- Flexible and goes with the flow
- Positive and playful
- Punctual and dependable
Qualifications
- MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH BABIES AND TODDLERS
- Minimum High School Degree
- CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain promptly)
- Agency Requirements: We require a minimum of 9 references (3 Childcare, 3 Employment, and 3 Personal). This is nonnegotiable.
Compensation & Benefits
- 20 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
- Hourly $25 - $35
- Paid Time Off: 1 weeks (20 hours)
- 3 paid sick days annually
- $125 MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION TO HEALTHCARE
