Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on physiology knowledge and patient history
- Educate clients on pain management strategies, post-treatment care, and occupational health practices
- Maintain detailed treatment records, including medical terminology and patient progress notes
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols, including CPR certification requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns professionally
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in CPR
- Proven experience in massage therapy, particularly in medical spa or occupational health settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Skilled in various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
- Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop effective treatment plans
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of pain management strategies and patient assessment procedures
- Prior experience with med spa environments or similar healthcare settings is a plus

Pay: $60.00 - $83.25 per hour
