We’re looking for a responsible, upbeat, and dependable Assistant Manager to join our leadership team at a busy, customer-focused dessert and retail establishment located on Hilton Head Island. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing duties
- Supervise and support front-line staff during shifts
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness, quality, and customer service
- Help with training, scheduling, and team motivation
- Manage inventory and restocking needs as required
- Step in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role (food service or retail preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
