Hilton Head Buick GMC Cadillac is HIRING NOW for a friendly Service Coordinator to set up service appointments, answer inbound service calls, and, most importantly, provide excellent customer service at our busy Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service department calls and work with vehicle owners to book appointments for vehicle services and repairs
• Answer general service questions and route calls to other staff when needed
• Manage customer created web appointments
• Work with advisors and parts to coordinate part availability for coming appointments
• Supervise lot staff to make sure adequate coverage by assigning duties as needed
• Outbound calls as directed to set appointments for recalls and parts that have arrived along with scheduling maintenance that is coming due
• Assist with other duties as needed / assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience in Business Development / BDC, schedule coordination, automotive service, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Dependable and eager to grow within the automotive industry
