As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support for daily sales center operations. You’ll use your outstanding customer service skills to:
- Assist with Call Center Bookings, operations, reschedules, confirmations, etc.
- Actively seek ways to improve and increase the effectiveness of the company through your daily operational support.
- Assist with day-to-day Marketing reports and room block
- Field incoming and outgoing calls from marketing packages
- Create welcome packets for events and confirmations
- Solve problems with your organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong administrative skills.
- Have great customer service skills and must type min 50 WPM with computer skills in word, outlook, excel.
