What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator position at Hilton Grand Vacations?
The Learning & Development Coordinator performs a variety of coordination and administrative duties directly supporting the Director of Learning and Development, and field teams including but not limited to reporting, tracking, executing initiatives, administrative work and coordinating events. Ensures such support occurs in a timely, orderly, efficient, and professional manner to ensure a flawless learning experience and provide routine statistics.
•Provide direct support to the Director of Learning & Development by coordinating projects, refining processes, and supporting department-wide and global learning initiatives aligned with training, motivation, and team-building goals.
•Coordinate all learning event logistics, including room scheduling, materials preparation, catering, participation tracking, record maintenance, and post-event follow-up.
•Partner closely with HR Business Partners and trainers to support the successful planning and execution of training sessions by coordinating schedules, resources, materials, and attendance tracking.
•Serve as a key point of contact for trainers by proactively anticipating needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a flawless learning experience for participants.
•Develop, maintain, and deliver accurate reporting and routine statistics related to learning and development programs, utilizing innovative solutions where appropriate.
•Collaborate with Direct Marketing trainers to support ongoing training needs and assist in priority initiatives as directed by leadership.
•Manage multiple projects simultaneously and carry tasks from concept through execution with minimal supervision, strong follow-through, and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills
•Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
