In this energetic role, you will leverage your passion for travel and exceptional customer service skills to help our owners and guests attend a preview tour at our sales center.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests providing face-to-face customer service and book them to preview our sales center by offering incentives
• Conduct compelling product demos to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service
• Negotiate deals effectively to meet or exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams on product training, marketing initiatives, and strategic planning for enterprise selling

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service in a production based role
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through location management
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for client tracking and analysis
• Ability to deliver engaging product demos with technical accuracy and clarity
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with analytical thinking for strategic decision-making
• Flexibility to work any day of the week and a flex schedule including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Weekends and Holidays.
