Role Description The Time-share Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role is responsible for leading and coaching a sales team to achieve and exceed time-share sales targets while delivering a high-quality guest and member experience. Day-to-day activities include managing sales operations, setting individual and team goals, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Time-share Sales Manager collaborates closely with resort operations and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, refine sales strategies, and support promotional campaigns. The role also involves training and mentoring sales professionals, handling escalated guest inquiries, preparing sales reports, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
