What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3–4 Sales Representatives
- Drive vacation package sales through engaging customer interactions
- Execute strategic sales plans and exceed performance goals
- Provide ongoing training and foster a culture of growth and collaboration
- Monitor sales performance and ensure compliance with company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for sales, customer engagement, and leadership
- 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (commission-based preferred)
- Strong communication, coaching, and teamwork skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
