A career as an Inbound Call Transfer Agent is to qualify our callers and sell our highly discounted vacation packages to preview our luxurious resorts. Spend your day connecting via phone with future guests wanting to learn more about purchasing a vacation opportunity with HGV. You will send our guests on a dream vacation while reaching your personal income goals in an hourly base plus commission environment. Our outstanding training will further grow your abilities to build rapport, overcome objections and meet your sales goals where you can join the ranks of our highest earners and accelerate your career. Our top performers average $100,000 per year.

Eligibility: All US hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to the collective bargaining agreement.

- High school graduate OR GED
- 1 yr. previous sales experience and/or telesales experience is preferred
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency
- An engaging, outgoing personality and passion to help others make the dream of vacation ownership possible
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Timeshare background a plus
- Prior experience in an Inbound or Outbound Sales Call Center Environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word
