• Generate sales volume while maintaining a professional, ethical, and guest-focused approach.
• Maintain ongoing communication with guests through email, phone, and written correspondence to ensure satisfaction.
• Apply approved Hilton Grand Vacations selling concepts and strategies.
• Participate in weekly sales training and ongoing development sessions.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment aligned with company values.
• Adapt to a fast-paced sales environment and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales and customer service experience, with a proven record of performance.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet and exceed compensation plan and performance goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Valid Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
• Experience in sales or marketing within luxury goods, hospitality, vacation ownership, or related industries.
