As a Call Transfer Sales Agent, you’ll bring your ability to build meaningful connections and your positive energy to help future travelers turn their vacation dreams into reality. You’ll engage with potential guests over the phone, explore their travel interests, and present exclusive discounted mini-vacation packages that offer a firsthand look at our premium resort experiences. With our innovative sales floor, highly sought after destinations, and awesome package deals; you will have the opportunity to offer great deals to guests while being compensated well for it. 

Job Details:
This is an hourly base plus commission role based onsite at our Corporate Marketing and Contact Center. You will receive excellent training to help you build your skills and meet your sales goals. (Our average agents earn $60,000 annually and top performers after one year of employment can average $100,000 per year).

Training Schedule: Paid training is provided for 4 weeks and is from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. 
Schedule: Full Time Availability Required.

What Are We Looking For?

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• At least 1 year of sales or telesales experience preferred
• Strong computer and typing skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for helping others explore vacation ownership
• A strong history of sales success across a variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, insurance, finance, or luxury goods
