As a Fulfillment Coordinator you would be responsible for executing your responsibilities ethically while getting to work from home!
- The Inventory Coordinator will supervise inventory levels & needs (Can be rooms and/or tours based on business directive)
- Review and maintain reports to confirm No Show cost based on retail reservation rates as requested.
- Analyze reservations and review information that would validate no show collections as requested.
- Process and reconcile appropriate billing invoices from all properties as requested.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting no show collection results as requested.
- Answer & respond to phone calls and emails regarding availability, booking procedures, budget goals, or any needed assistance from other teams/partners.
- Work with 3rd parties (including but not limited to internals & external partners
- This position requires you to be a local resident in the Orlando metro area.
