Schedule details: Full-time team members typically work between 30 and 40 hours weekly. For this position, the primary schedule will be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, a flexible schedule may be required to accommodate business needs.
 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greets guests and responds to requests in a friendly manner. 
• Maintain all public spaces in the resort in compliance with all standards of efficiency and quality.
• Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby. 
• Collect and replenish pool towels and supervise inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed.
• Be knowledgeable of the Hilton Grand Vacations property.
• Display positive image at all times through appearance and conduct. 
• Other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for:

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to handle pushing and pulling carts and equipment. Bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
