Are you a seasoned hospitality leader ready to make an impact across multiple resort destinations? Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an experienced Area General Manager to provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional owner and guest experiences across a portfolio of Hawaii resorts.
What You'll Do
- Lead the overall performance, operations, and strategic direction of multiple resort properties
- Coach, mentor, and develop on-property General Managers and leadership teams
- Drive financial results through revenue growth, expense management, forecasting, and profitability initiatives
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and outstanding guest and owner satisfaction
- Oversee capital improvement projects, renovations, and property enhancement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with HOA Boards, ownership groups, and corporate stakeholders
- Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of hospitality leadership experience
- 6 years of Director-level leadership or above
- Proven success managing multi-property resort or hotel operations
- Strong financial acumen and operational expertise
- Food & Beverage leadership experience
- Hawaii market experience required
- Experience working in union environments
- HOA Board partnership and governance experience
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale renovations or resort repositioning projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred
