What You'll Do
As a Collector II, you'll manage past-due mortgage and maintenance accounts while providing exceptional service to our Owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage collection activities for delinquent mortgage and maintenance fee accounts.
- Contact owners by phone and written correspondence to discuss account status and payment solutions.
- Maintain required call volumes, contact rates, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all collection activities align with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Assist owners in understanding ownership agreements, contract terms, and available payment options.
- Process and document account activity accurately and thoroughly.
- Handle customer information confidentially and professionally.
- Request and use skip-tracing resources when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support departmental goals and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
- Ability to meet applicable federal and state licensing requirements.
- Flexibility to work assigned schedules Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of collections, customer service, sales, or account management experience.
- Skip-tracing experience.
- Experience in timeshare, banking, financial services, mortgage servicing, or a related field.
