What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented sales professionals to exceed goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive Results: Manage the sales floor to achieve or surpass operating budget targets and maintain Hilton Grand Vacations’ performance standards.
- Close Deals: Assist with presentations and finalize sales, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Coach for Success: Conduct weekly training sessions and refresher courses to keep your team sharp and motivated.
- Monitor Metrics: Track VPG, referrals, Medallia scores, and other KPIs to ensure top-tier performance.
- Maintain Accountability: Provide constructive feedback and hold team members to the highest standards of professionalism and success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in vacation ownership/timeshare sales.
- Valid Arizona real estate license (required).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
