Hilton Garden Inn is hiring for a Server/Bartender at our Odessa, TX location.
Server/Bartender Job Description
The Server/Bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic beverages for customers and service of drinks and food to guests in a timely and accurate manner. The position will also assist with food preparation, bar stock management, and sanitation.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares bar area, including stocking bar inventory, taking drink orders, and clearing away from guests.
- Prepares alcoholic beverages for guests.
- Prepares food items for service, including cutting, plating, and presentation.
- Prepares ingredients for mixed drinks including mixing, shaking, or mixing food prep.
- Cleans and organizes workstations and equipment.
- Monitors inventory of all products and replenishes as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Completes all duties in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
