Role Description
The Housekeeping Attendant is a full-time, on-site position located in Jacksonville, NC. This role is responsible for ensuring clean, comfortable, and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas that meet Hilton Garden Inn’s high standards. Daily tasks include cleaning and organizing rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, maintaining laundry services, and ensuring common areas are presentable. The Housekeeping Attendant will also interact with guests to deliver exceptional service and promptly address any requests or concerns.
