Responsibilities
- Complete guest room work orders and preventative maintenance
- Complete minor repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the public areas
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems throughout the hotel (HVAC/ Plumbing/ Electrical)
- Check functionality of safety systems (fire alarms / smoke and CO detectors)
- Maintain the pool and spa
- Minor landscaping to maintain the appearance of the property
- Sidewalk snow removal
- Reports to Maintenance Manager and General Manager
Skills
- Experienced with hand and electrical tools
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Hotel experience (preferred)
