Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, for a Front Desk Attendant. The Front Desk Attendant will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include handling reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, processing payments, and delivering outstanding customer service. Other duties include answering phone calls with professionalism, managing clerical tasks, and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage positively with guests and address their needs effectively
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering calls and managing visitor interactions
- Clerical Skills, such as maintaining records and managing reservations with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality or related fields is an advantage
